Adelaide Fringe employs a team of year round staff who work in marketing, partnerships, program operations, production, finance and ticketing. As we come closer to festival season, we also advertise a wide range of short-term contract roles and casual positions.

› Artist Ticketing Coordinator

The Artist Ticketing Coordinator works closely with the Ticketing team to deliver efficient, high-quality support to artists, venues, and presenters through the AVR platform, Red61, and ManageMyTix, managing ticketing requests via inbox, phone, and in person. The role may also support Customer Experience operations and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a 7-day roster during Adelaide Fringe 2026.

› Customer Experience Coordinator

The Customer Experience Coordinator is a hands-on frontline leader, overseeing daily box office, call centre, mobile team and info point operations to deliver exceptional service for audiences, artists, and venues. Working under the Customer Experience leadership team, the role motivates and manages staff, troubleshoots ticketing and operational issues, supports the rollout of Red61 Front of House technology, and ensures smooth, consistent festival experiences in a fast-paced environment.

› Performance Marketing and Campaign Manager

Lead Adelaide Fringe’s data-driven marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, boosting ticket sales, audience engagement, and partner visibility. This role drives the transition to Salesforce, ensuring seamless CRM integration and campaign performance optimisation.
