First Nations Administration Trainee

The trainee will be exposed to a variety of tasks across operations, diversity and inclusion, production and administrative support. This includes assisting with day-to-day office operations, screening calls and enquiries and supporting the volunteer program while contributing to HR initiatives such as the Wellbeing Program. The role also involves supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives, implementing and tracking action plans and facilitating awareness events. Production support includes assisting with event handbooks, safety documentation, asset management and event bump in/out. Additional tasks may include research, reporting or other duties as directed.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and someone who is self-reliant, self-motivated and an innovative thinker. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain high standards of customer service and adapt to the evolving needs of the organisation. The ideal candidate is passionate, articulate and an innovative thinker who can translate ideas into actions.
