Adelaide born Dave Freeman is an independent singer/songwriter who has always been likened to Neil Diamond for his voice quality and stage presence.
Freeman says 'I originally wrote a Diamond show called 'The Singer Sings His Songs' in 2014 to tick a bucket list and the audience response was so overwhelming I decided to write another Diamond show called 'ÓMG! Neil Diamond Sounds Like Me' for the Fringe 2015/16 with sell-out shows.
(I think I got sick of people saying I sounded like Neil...lol)
Freeman says 'I take my audience on a journey into the life & music of Neil Diamond. I'm not an impersonator, it's me on stage, but like Neil I'm a story-teller, difference being the story is about Neil.
