Shayne Hunter is a unique comedic voice from Australia, gaining recognition after being handpicked for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Comedy Zone in 2010. He has since toured extensively, refining his act. In 2018, he performed "Blaze Against The Machine," tackling addiction, followed by shows across Southeast Asia in 2019. His show "The Cognitive Dissident" explored ideology and biases. From 2012 to 2016, he was a left-wing street activist, merging activism and comedy. In 2020, his show "Crowd Control" showcased his unscripted crowd work. In 2022, he launched True Crime Comedy Tours, earning rave reviews for their mix of humor and history.
