Kane Enable is sick of being sidelined. This Adelaide queen has decided that enough is enough. In her home venue of Mary’s Poppin, with the help of some friends, Kane is on fire. Rip-roaring wit underlines a story of how she grew from a young drag baby into the stunning queen that stands before us. She clearly loves being in Mary’s, and the stage acts as effectively a second limb. The crowd love her too, and while they definitely don’t make it easy for her (as an appearance and encore from her ex Tim made very clear), she strives forward regardless. The only thing that I would say as an improvement was that I wish it was longer. I wanted to see Kane Enable move from a baby, to a teen, to a queen, rather than jump from baby to queen.
