The Cry of the Hour

This play weaves together historical and current movements, bringing to life stories of resilience against oppression. From Rosa Parks and Recy Taylor to Malala Yousafzai and countless women worldwide, the production honours those who have defied silence in the face of injustice. Through gripping narratives and protest dances, audiences are invited to reflect on the strength of those who fought for justice. The story reaches a crescendo when junior doctors launch a “hunger strike until death” for a fallen colleague, sparking a global outcry from 150 cities—"Enough is enough." This is a tale of unity, courage, and the unyielding fight to end violence.
