Set sail in 1700 on a thrilling adventure with John Husk, torn between duty and desire in the perilous seas. Forced to leave England, his journey takes a dangerous turn when pirates attack. Driven by a life-or-death choice, John joins the pirates, guided by the enigmatic Barbary pirate Badas and under the command of a ruthless Captain. The Captain’s wife, Eliza Power, is driven with hidden motives, and when she uncovers John and Badas' romance, she seizes her chance at freedom by inciting a mutiny. Will Badas and John’s love survive the ultimate test of loyalty, or will they be torn apart by fate’s merciless tides? Follow John, Badas, and Eliza on a heart-stopping journey of love, betrayal, and redemption across pirate ships and Caribbean ports, where every choice is life or death.

Renowned for her versatility and acclaim in classical and crossover music, Jassy Husk has graced prestigious venues worldwide, including the Sydney Opera House and London’s Coliseum, where she was part of the Olivier Award-winning production, Castor and Pollux. Her musical achievements extend beyond opera, with a UK top-10 hit and collaborations with DJ Pete Tong.
Currently based in Australia, Jassy is pursuing doctoral research at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Her latest project, PYRATES!, reclaims narratives from the Golden Age of Piracy, giving voice to marginalised stories often overlooked in mainstream discourse. Through PYRATES!, Jassy challenges heteronormative conventions and pushes the boundaries of artistic expression, continuing to make a significant impact in the arts.
