The Infinity Mirror

Google your name. Now.

A monologue between a woman and an AI reconstruction of herself, 'The Infinity Mirror' blends theatre, storytelling and immersive technology. Exploring the phenomenon of deepfakes, and their almost exclusive use in pornographic videos, this story documents a woman’s life being thrust into chaos, embroiled in a sex scandal of digital making, and the resulting inevitable internet shaming. As the views go up, the threads of herself begin to unravel. Trapped in a conversation with her digital doppelganger, she reckons with the versions of herself she has created, deleted and suppressed to regain control of her life.
