Shadows of Herself
Mornings are chaos. The vision of a poised businesswoman mocks her in the rear mirror. A new mother strolls past, baby nestled in a pram more valuable than her car. A seasoned mother leaps from the lofty heights of an SUV. She isn’t a stay-at-home mum; she's a domestic engineer. A young woman parks abruptly, no ring, suit and flip flops, heels in bag, an apologetic smile permanently plastered on her face as they race past.
A battle of identity under the weight of her own expectations. She is surrounded by Shadows of Herself.

Presented by: Anna Thomas
A successful restaurateur and businesswoman, Anna has had a long love affair with the arts, and a particularly deep connection with the Adelaide Fringe.
In 2018, Anna saw unprecedented success as a first-time writer, producer & solo artist in her debut sell-out seasons at the Adelaide & Edinburgh Fringe with her one woman show, "How to Drink Wine Like A Wanker".
Since then, she has continued to write, perform & produce other works, including her latest one woman show "Shadows of Herself", developing her first children's production, as well as curating multiple Adelaide Fringe venues.
Still considering herself a novice, Anna is enjoying the trials & tribulations of presenting, performing, & occasionally drinking to excess....um...success!
