Welcome to Carnevale at WEA - Roberto Riovanto stands in a kitchen, leaning over a cooktop with his chin on his fist.

Welcome to Carnevale at WEA

Carnevale is a colourful and extravagant time of the year in Italy and the food reflects this in abundance!

Roberto Riovanto is a young hospitality professional with degrees in food science and as a chef.

Born just out of Treviso, his roots are firmly in the north-east of Italy.

Roberto will prepare some traditional Carnevale recipes such as frittelle, crostoli and crespelle just to name a few, to be shared by all.

"A carnevale, ogni scherzo vale" means "anything goes at carnival time - jokes and fun are allowed!"

So come along and join Roberto for this fun, entertaining and delicious cooking class you cannot afford to miss!
