Berg Herring is a boutique cellar door in Sellicks Beach. The cellar door is a converted heritage sandstone chapel (built in 1862), surrounded by a lush garden and lawn, with stunning views of the hills and ocean.
Located between the historical Victory Hotel and the picturesque coast of Sellicks Beach, just a stone’s throw away from both and 50 minute drive from the CBD.
The wines are small batch, premium, McLaren Vale wines, with a focus on emerging varieties.
Come and enjoy a tasting in the chapel cellar door, then stay for a wine on the lawn while taking in the views.
Beer, Pisco spritzers and soft drinks also available. BYO picnic allowed on non-event days.
