Treasury 1860

Treasury 1860 is a stunning restaurant, bar and courtyard located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD in the iconic Treasury building, now the home of the Adina Hotel. The building is steeped in history, including being the location where the first gold pound was made outside of England; where the Beatles hid whilst being swarmed by Adelaide fans, & the building has historic tunnels underneath. The building surrounds an incredible courtyard with a beautiful water fountain, trees & garden.

Treasury 1860 operates as a restaurant and bar all year round, but comes alive with events during Adelaide Fringe, Tasting Australia and Feast Festival. We have held several award-winning shows and installations. We can offer multiple art spaces for both performance art and visual art, given  we have a separate dining area, a separate bar and a beautiful, large courtyard area, which can act as an amphitheatre space for the fringe and is perfect for theatre/cabaret/live music.
