Built in Adelaide and powered by cutting-edge artificial intelligence developed locally, SYNC puts the power of AI directly into the hands of the drinker. Instead of being told what to drink, customers actively shape it.
Through live tastings and real-time feedback, SYNC’s AI learns individual flavour preferences and uses them to create beverages on the spot. Every sip helps the system understand what people actually enjoy, allowing flavours to evolve in real time — personalised, responsive, and driven by human input.
This is not automation for efficiency’s sake; it’s AI as a creative partner. SYNC turns drinkers into co-creators, where real people shape Authentic Intelligence, one sip at a time.
