Living in the beautiful seaside town of Marion Bay with her family, qualified Chef Caroline decided to start her own Yorke Peninsula business in 2005.

Working in several restaurants and hospitality businesses, including Penguinis (Granite Island), Woodstock Winery (McLaren Vale) and the Iconic Rhinos tavern in the Innes National Park (Yorke Peninsula) her dream and experience led her to catering.
