Jeff Jenkins (Rhythms Magazine ) ★★★★★

"Rebecca Barnard delivers her first jazz album. With her extended family’s jazz roots it’s a wonder it took so long but the wait was worth it. A really enjoyable set of standards arranged and co-produced by pianist Monique diMattina and supported by a crack band of musicians.” Mal Stanley (ABC JAZZ)

"Among music's greatest singer/songwriters are those who can inhabit someone else's songs making them their own. One of those gifted musicians is Rebecca Barnard whose latest release 'The Night We Called It a Day' is her salute to some of the greatest songwriters and singers of all time." Billy Pinnell (The Music Show /3AW radio)
