Moluyar Premakhyan
*Chand Vinod* tells the story of Vinod Koda, a poor man who marries Sundari Maluwa after returning with wealth. However, their happiness is disrupted by a corrupt landlord who imposes heavy taxes and plots against them. Despite the landlord’s schemes, Maluwa cleverly defends herself and Vinod. When Vinod is bitten by a snake, Maluwa risks her life to save him. Despite her bravery, society rejects her, but Maluwa becomes a symbol of women's struggle against societal injustice and oppression.
