Come and Try Ukulele at the WEA!
Ukulele - the happiest instrument - has gained popularity with clubs forming in towns and cities around the world.
The ukulele is an excellent entry level instrument.
It's small and easy to hold and only has four strings, which makes chord shapes and scales easier to learn than other stringed instruments.
Join WEA Ukulele Tutor Christopher Waite in a 'Come and Try' ukulele workshop and learn to play popular songs using common chords and strumming patterns.
The two separate workshops are suitable for absolute beginners and new players.
Enrol in one session or both! Interested participants who book in for both workshops will be able to apply techniques from the first workshop to further their skills, but absolute beginners can also enrol just for the second workshop.
Please BYO Ukulele.
