Butt Donut

Comedy • Stand Up
SA Premiere
(This is not a show about anal.)

When she was 16, Annie had a near death experience. She started doing stand-up comedy because dying on stage is much more manageable. Annie Louey (Class Clowns National Finalist) brings her blend of masterful storytelling and dark humour to Adelaide for the first time.

'Butt Donut' made its debut at the Melbourne Fringe with completely sold out shows and was featured in the Herald Sun for its inspiring take on grief and pain.

10% of ticket sales will be donated to the KIDS Foundation to assist children and adults living with burns and other serious injuries.

"Charmingly endearing to watch, let alone hysterical" -- ArtsHub

Annie is a 24-year-old stand up comedian from Melbourne. She started doing stand-up when she was 17 before honing her skills by performing at numerous events around Melbourne, including RAW Comedy and The Moth StorySLAM. Annie is also an ambassador for the KIDS Foundation charity that assists children and adults living with burns and other serious injuries. In school, she was always told off by teachers for talking too much. Nothing much has changed, except now she’s charging money for it.
