Come experience Joel's music and hear the story of his songs. In this intimate performance he will be sharing where his original songs came from, alongside covers that have inspired him.

His lyrical melodies will be performed with a range of instruments including tenor guitar, acoustic guitar and piano featuring guest musicians; with songs ranging from acoustic-folk to indie-pop.

Following the recent launch of his debut EP 'Adore to a Home', Joel will be sharing the story of creating and launching his album and some of the joys and frustrations he experienced in this process. This show will also be an opportunity for you to hear a little peek into what's coming next.

Growing up in the Adelaide Hills, Joel Schroeder has always had a passion for music. Since graduating high school, he has completed his Diploma in Live and Studio sound Engineering at SAE. From this he has professionally recorded his own cover album and the release of his original EP ‘Adore to a Home’.
His sound can be described as a mix of acoustic-folk and indie-pop, with smooth vocals and melodic instrumentals. Joel has a vibrant and easy to interact with personality, with years of musical training and theory behind him. His musical influences include Passenger, Ed Sheeran and Sleeping at Last, with his original music exploring his inner and outer experiences of the world around him.
He has performed regularly at The Wheatsheaf, The Prancing Pony Brewery, Taj Tandoor and local markets.
