Bring a light blanket, temperature at the Planterium is set to a cool summer evening. Please do not come on a full stomach, allow 45mins after your last full meal. Parking in Car Park P (metered before 6pm). Please arrive early, no late entries.

Joshika is a physicist and built a successful career over 15 years in High-Tech manufacturing holding executive and leadership roles since 2006.
She combines her scientific mind with her training under masters of sound healing and yogis in India and Nepal to share easy to implement mindset management techniques. Joshika is passionate about preventative mental health measures and self healing tools.
She focuses on how to harness your energy systems to break through blocks and learned believes, to achieve positive results by pushing past boundaries, blocks and limiting beliefs.
Joshika is invited all over the world to share her teachings and speak about mindset management. Above all, she loves to present her shows to the public in a serene setting, instilling healing and self worth.
