With a launch of energy and harmonica from the start of the show, this gig keeps you smiling from start to finish.

Having just flown in from Port Lincon, the band mentioned it was a rush to arrive on time in Adelaide and on the stage; with minimal time to sound check and prepare, the band delivered a solid set. Michelle Pearson and her band engaged her audience with warmth, confidence and ease.

This show is a lot of fun, with the crowd up and dancing by the second song, the music ranges from Midnight Oil, The Divinyls, INXS, Easy Beats and Cold Chisel. The band does a wonderful job of showcasing these Australian musicians whilst interweaving stories and songs that have defined Australia’s culture, celebrating who we are as a diverse population but not shying away from the political and societal issues these well-known Australian artists were fighting for.

This show was a lot of fun, and if you are a fan of Australian pub music especially, this is a must-see. The highlight of the show was Michelle Pearson’s flawless rendition of Tina Area’s Chains, it’s a performance that will give you goosebumps.
