HARLEY FUZZ
Saturday 19th March @ UniBar ADL

Being no stranger to seeing live music at the Adelaide Unibar, I was looking forward to this all-local musical treat.  Singer-songwriter, Chris Callisto, kicked things off with a beautiful acoustic set of songs about love, relationships and even narcissism.  This was followed by a more upbeat set from young four-piece band, Struth.  They had a retro vibe, mixing blues, funk and rock, and the mix of female and male vocals sounded great.  Most of their set were songs from their upcoming album.  And finally, Harley Fuzz graced the stage, with their raw, garage sound, and what a show they put on!  Playing songs from their upcoming album, including first single “Julia”, they played catchy tunes which got the crowd dancing.  They seemed to be channelling the likes of The Strokes, Oasis, and Kasabian, and they got my nod of approval.  Perfect show for a balmy Mad March night.
