Voulez vous Blanc de Blanc? (Ok, yes, my French is bad!) But DO you want some Blanc de Blanc? If you do and you’ve waited two long (covid times) years, then wait no more! Its back baby! Blanc de Blanc Encore is playing at The Garden of Unearthly delights and its refreshed, its colourful and it’s the same high-quality Blanc de Blanc joie de vivre! Lots of frills, spills and French champagne! Hosts Remi and Felix haven’t lost any of their haute énergie hosting skills. In fact, it can be said they’ve turned it up a notch. Maybe the time away from Adelaide Fringe was a good thing!

Starting off slow and moody with a moonlit shadow disco ball (they had me at disco ball) swaying along to the tune of Nina Simone’s I Put a Spell on You it wasn’t long after that they turned up the heat giving the audience what they came for, high paced glitz and glamour!  Its top hats and tails, sexy maids in frilly outfits, grapes and pillow fights, thrilling aerial rope acrobatics, nail biting balancing feats along with moments of nakedness and lots of bubbles. It’s the typical kind of insatiable Blanc de Blanc savoir-faire!

It’s easy to understand why audiences love Blanc de Blanc. Its cheeky, fast-paced fun all with the French glamour of the 20’s. The 1920’s that is but with the energy and sexiness of the 2020’s!
