Bubbles are one of those universal things that you are never too old to enjoy. They create a happiness inside you that can’t be explained and watching the joy on other faces as they too experience the happiness is extremely satisfying. With this in mind and the need for some stellar positivity in everyone’s life right now the Bubble Show with Mini Milkshake is a show for all ages disguised as a children’s show. This show has it all and then some, from the adorable Mini Milkshake with her rainbow hair and sassy attitude, to Doctor Bubble’s extraordinary talent with bubble wands a plenty. As Mini Milkshake comes to life the audience is treated to a comedy show that has you belly laughing as you watch in awe at smoke filled bubbles, a bubble train that crosses the stage, a shadow puppet play and so many more. My favourite was the ode to Wizard of Oz however the finale is pretty bubbletacular with a million bubbles filling the tent just asking to be popped. Another brilliant element of this show is the message that comes at the end; never in my wildest dreams did I think such a poignant life lesson could come from a bubble show. Mr 11 months and Mr 3.5 years loved this show and judging by the smiles in the audience and squeals of joy at the end, I am confident in saying so did the other children in the audience. It is a credit to Doctor Bubble and Milkshake’s talent that this show is so engaging across all aspects.
