Gallery J on Lincoln is located in the inner NE suburb of Manningham, 10 minutes from the Adelaide CBD. Incorporated into a residence, this architecturally designed space is surrounded by an established Australian Mallee style garden. This rural vista is easily viewed from within, through large glass windows that have northern and southern aspect. Designed for 3D Art only, this air-conditioned gallery space measures 4.5 x 7 metres though there is an undercover and exposed deck that can accommodate more robust garden orientated sculptural forms. The floors are polished pine and the walls painted Cornsilk Yellow. The gallery has a good supply of professionally made plinths (painted to match the walls) that measure 110cm, 90cm, 60cm, 40cm & 20cm H x 30cm W x 30cm D. The lighting is ceiling concealed that consists of 12 halogen lights that swivel 360o. Each light is controlled individually by dimmer switch for maximum lighting effect.
