John Peacock a Gen X comedian. He lives in Byron Bay, a town made cool by The Boomers and now the domain of Zoomers, Influencers, Baristas who can't afford to live there and Millennials waiting for their inheritance. A tubby white man in his 50's comparing himself to Mahatma Gandhi. Torn between being the change he wants to see in the World and changing the World he wants to be seen in. There's a part of him happy enough to think less of you and move on.
The different generations, how we react to each other, and find our place. Highlighting the peculiarities of each generation and the extremely convoluted, ridiculous situations we have to try and negotiate on a daily basis.

John Peacock is a stand up comedian from Byron Bay. A bit of a late bloomer, he's bloomin hilarious. Experienced stand up comedian, in demand MC, regular columnist, award winning public speaker and host of Breakfast Radio on the iconic Byron Bay FM. He is a man for all seasons, except for summer which he finds a bit too hot and sweaty. Delivering his fourth hour long show in 2026, he is a festival regular at all of The Australian Festivals as well as performing Internationally in Singapore, Hong Kong, Sweden, The UK and most years at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He is an in demand headline act and MC at most of the major comedy clubs around Australia and a comforting alternative voice that resonates with audiences everywhere.
