A Midsummer Night's Dream
Join us for a performance full of confused romantics, tricksy fairies and a play within a play!
Since 2019 our community group has been providing homeschooled kids the opportunity to explore and understand, enjoy and perform Shakespeare’s plays.
This year’s production saw an increased involvement from our youth in creating choreography, costuming, set making, song lyrics/composition and directing.
We embrace diversity and welcome a variety of abilities and experience levels, empowering and supporting these amazing kids to produce a high quality performance.
This production is a delightful introduction for children (and adults) of all ages to the world of Shakespeare.
A selection of tasty snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase during interval.
Presented by: The Hills Homeschool Shakespeare Group
We are a community group dedicated to providing homeschoolers with the opportunity to explore, enjoy, and perform Shakespeare’s plays. We embrace diversity and welcome a variety of abilities and experience levels. Our goal is to cultivate an environment where everyone- both children and parents- can believe in and contribute their unique talents. We strive to have fun with Shakespeare, giving children the chance to fully immerse themselves in his plays. This enables everyone involved to enjoy the achievement of putting on a high quality Shakespeare production. We are so proud of what the kids have achieved, we want to share it with the wider community through the Fringe.
