The Cowgirl and The Showgirl starring Beccy Cole and Libby Donovan was a sold out show in The Wonderland Spiegeltent Friday afternoon .

A fabulous and hugely entertaining show and what a brilliant entrance with Beccy appearing from under Libby’s skirt!

Their combined talents made for a hilarious twist on several country and show tunes , some very cheeky and naughty and nice, and they had the audience in fits of laughter sending each other up throughout the show. Libby’s operatic version of Jolene with an Australian accent and Beccy’s country version had us in fits.

A lovely surprise was Carole Sturtzel (Beccy’s Mum) burning up the stage belting out a Wanda Jackson rockabilly song!

These two gals sure know how to entertain their audience.- they were Proud, loud and absolutely fabulous! 

The Cowgirl and the Showgirl is my favourite of this year’s Fringe so far.  The other two shows are also SOLD OUT!
