Magically appearing beers, blenders, and phone sex with a twist, Dom Chambers: Fake Wizard is a magic show you can't afford to miss. Hailing from the stages of America's Got Talent, Penn & Teller: Fool Us, and The Illusionists on Broadway, the outstandingly talented Dom Chambers is back with another brilliant show, having won Fringe awards every year since 2019. His professionality and charm are sure to make you believe in magic again.
From the first trick to the last, Dom's impeccable stage presence and audience interaction go above and beyond, instilling a high degree of comedy into his one-man show. Building off the crowd's energy, his witty and charismatic demeanour is electric, keeping audiences in fits of laughter at the edge of their seats.
Fake Wizard looks at magic from an adult perspective, seeking to relate to the child-like wonder in all of us. Whether it's through naughty yet cheeky quips or relating to the chaos of adulthood, Dom shares his insight into magic as a grown-up, taking audiences through the 5 stages of accepting magic.
Dom shares that his childhood dream was to be a rapper. Be at his lovely assistant Siri shares, he decided to go in a "more dumbledore and less Macklemore" kind of direction, becoming obsessed with the card tricks of old. A modern take on a classic, Dom's love for card magic, sleight of hand, and misdirection come together for a truly awe-inspiring show.
Teaming up with Strut & Fret, you can also catch Dom in The Purple Rabbit Rides Again, a late-night adult magic show with more tricks and fun from Dom and his fellow cast members. If you're looking for a unique blend of hilarity and head-scratching, book your tickets to Dom Chambers: Fake Wizard.
