The first round of events for the 2020 Fringe season go on sale on Wednesday 7th August at Midday.
A FringeTIX customer booking fee is included in the advertised ticket price.
All online transactions incur a $1.80 Web Transaction Fee. Payments made over the phone or at a FringeTIX Office will incur no additional fees.
Please note, promotional codes offering a percentage off discount, do not apply to the Customer Booking Fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. Adelaide Fringe will not refund, cancel or exchange any ticket except in accordance with Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice and otherwise as required by law.
Refunds are only permitted if a performance is cancelled, re-scheduled or significantly re- located (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the re-scheduled or re-located event).
If you are late to a show, the Venue staff may refuse to admit you unless there is a suitable break in the performance. In these circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund.
If an event or performance is cancelled, your ticket may be exchanged or refunded via the point of sale.
If the ticket price is discounted after you purchase your ticket, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Refunds for tickets purchased by credit card will be refunded to that credit card.
Tickets purchased by cash, cheque or EFTPOS will be refunded by direct EFT deposit.
Tickets purchased by Fringe Voucher will be refunded back to the original voucher. No cash refunds will be issued for purchases made by voucher.
Adelaide Fringe offers exchanges on tickets if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request for an exchange is submitted to FringeTIX in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
- The request for an exchange is made at a minimum of 48 hours prior to the original performance start time
- The original performance is not sold out
- The request for exchange is for the same event
- The performance you are requesting to exchange into must be of equal or greater value. You will not be refunded the difference in price type
- The customer has provided proof of the destruction of the original tickets, should hardcopy tickets have been issued
- The request is approved by the artist or presenter, after being submitted in writing by FringeTIX
An $8.00 exchange fee is payable by the customer at the time of exchange, if the exchange is approved.
If exchanging into a cheaper performance, customers will not be reimbursed the difference in ticket price.
FringeTIX staff are trained to provide assistance with access enquiries and bookings.

National Relay Service

Companion Card holders are entitled to concession priced tickets and a complimentary ticket for their companion. Adelaide Fringe is delighted that Companion Card tickets are available for all events in the 2019 Adelaide Fringe.

All events at the Adelaide Fringe are self-rated by artists. Adelaide Fringe is not liable for any incorrect rating. Please use your discretion when determining suitability for your child, as there will be no exchanges or refunds on tickets purchased.
G - Suitable for all ages
PG - Parental guidance recommended for under 15 years
M - Recommended for audiences 15 years and over
18+ - Restricted to 18 years and over
