The Flour Shed is a large venue suitable for community events, including music, cinema, exhibitions, theatre performances and concerts. The main venue space is approximately 814m2 with a ceiling height to 5m. Due to weight loading restrictions, no suspension from the ceiling, nor any of the structural supports are allowed. All rigging must be free standing. The venue features large ceiling fans, a mezzanine level, mural artwork on the southern internal wall, male and female toilet facilities, and a back of house area. The Flour Shed has a capacity of 400 people as an enclosed, stand-alone venue however larger-scale events are possible in conjunction with use of outdoor areas and with the provision of additional toilets and other facilities.
