The Nature of Things is a visual and diverse collection with a variety of visual art mediums on display. The theme of 'nature' in art takes endless forms as nature provides us with a vast wealth of inspiration.

This exhibition will have a broad appeal and includes flowers, plants, animals, wildlife, the environment and conservation. There are over 30 artist's work on display in this exhibition and visitors can expect to see a wide variety including paintings, drawings, sculptures, textiles, woodwork and mixed media. Works range from delicate oil paintings by Margaret Slape-Phillips to the photo realistic paintings by Annette Dawson. Textile artist, Marzena Kaczmarek, has an abstract felted fabric feature piece. There is also some striking jewellery, woodwork and metal sculptures to be showcased.
