The Public Eye is the works of Andrew Hall and Dave Lokan, performed by Andrew Hall on Vocals, Keyboards and Guitar, Kim Perry on Violin and Jim Redgate on Guitar, specially for this one-off Fringe gig. The EPs recorded by Andrew and Dave have charted well at Three D, with the song Reflections of a Reflection from their latest EP reaching #1.
