Adelaide's best improvisers are back!

After great seasons in the Edinburgh Fringe and Melbourne Comedy festivals, Changing Jennifers are excited to bring you an hour of wall-to-wall laughs with their heart-stopping and hilarious improv extravaganza!

Changing Jennifers perform wild and obscure stories straight from the performers' twisted minds. No two shows are ever the same and no audience suggestion is too daunting for Changing Jennifers. In the same vein as classic shows 'Whose Line Is It Anyway', 'Thank God You're Here' and 'The Mighty Boosh', Changing Jennifers are side-splitting improvisational titans.

"A great night of laughs." - Fringe Benefits.
"Laugh out loud experiences." - dB Magazine.
"An international standard." - Adelaide Fringe.

Important information:
Each show is completely improvised, so the mature content will vary from show to show.

Changing Jennifers

Changing Jennifers are a comedy improvisation troupe who specialize in long-form improvisation. They get several suggestions from the audience, a location, an era, a famous person, a magical item, anything! They then improvise an hour-long story based on those suggestions.

Venue

La Boheme

For years La Bohème has worked to provide an intimate and professional environment for all manner of independent performers, establishing a reputation as Adelaide's home of cabaret. There are two options for performance spaces, the Main Stage (Main Room) and Cabinet Room (Upstairs). The Main Room can comfortably seat 60 patrons and is one of the busiest single room venues throughout the Adelaide Fringe and home to the Cabaret Fringe Festival. The main room is fully equipped with professional sound tech and lighting, along with a professional tech, front of house staff and bar team. This is required to ensure premium quality and security of the venue, unless prior negotiations or an exception of regular or multiple performances is in place. The Cabinet Room offers similar features (with minimal lighting options) and is the perfect space for 40 seated patrons.
