Dispositioned
'Dispositioned' is, at its heart, an exhibition of self-reflection, creativity, life long learning and the celebration of the human experience through the lens of the artist.
The human experience isn't always definable or easily explained through words.
Dispositioned embodies a diverse range of human personalities and experiences through the characters these two artist create, therefore connecting with people across all walks of life in an open and honest manner. They seek to inspire and question viewers through their artistic methods of self-discovery to inform their own. Join us for the exhibition launch Friday 23rd February, 6pm
Presented by: Josh Juett and Michelle Eoncheff
Josh Juett and Michelle Eoncheff are emerging local Adelaide artists who create otherworldly illustrations through a vast array of mediums and approaches. Their artwork manifests itself in eccentric creatures and characters, embodying qualities of their personality and demeanor. These two artist use their work as a form of self discovery. By literally illustrating conceptual references to them as humans, and as artist, they pinpoint and play out small moments in time through abstract narratives while discovering more about themselves in the process. Their work embodies themes of subconscious thought, coupled with the juxtaposition of ideas around motif and style resulting in work which is both unique and exuberant.
