"CINDERELLA - THE UNTOLD STORY"
This is a fun narrated dance performance.
This ballet will take you on a journey through a madly ingenious and zany fairy tale world. As in the classic fairytale, Cinderella's life is miserable living with her two mean but comical stepsisters. When the Prince puts on a Ball, Cinderella's only wish is to attend. With the help of Seven Rats and her Fairy Godmother, Cinderella's wish comes true. Other fairytale characters attend the Ball, including Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Puss in Boots, Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf, Snow White, Little Bo Peep and her Sheep, the Three Little Pigs, and Jack and Jill. These characters all dance to impress Prince Charming, but then Cinderella arrives and the Ball is turned upside down!

The South Australian Children's Ballet Company (SACBC) was established in 1984 as a properly constituted and semi-professional body to provide talented young South Australians with the opportunity to develop their artistic potential through real world exposure to the disciplines of performance and dedicated commitment to theatre. In all endeavours the SACBC aims for technical and artistic integrity. SACBC performs regularly and has an extensive repertoire that encompasses professionally produced classical and contemporary works commmissioned from leading choreographers. Special emphasis is placed upon creation of dance works which challenge and extend the achievements of young dancers to present audiences with a standard of performance which is both accomplished and visually compelling.
