Alive & Well: The Bald Eagles
The world's best non-Eagles made it thru C-19, despite being huggy and in the most vulnerable age group. And, of course, they only checked-in any time they liked, which wasn't very often at all. Fringing into their second decade and for 2 shows only, the Baldies celebrate musicianship, sensational harmonies, A-grade dad humour and the fact that they outnumber The Eagles in original members still playing: Dave, Alan, Col and Bob have been there since Day 1: who's the cover band now? In the seven-piece line-up are band veterans George (man he's a hot lead player), Dave B (drummer extraordinaire) and much loved around Adelaide music scene singer and pianist Lainie. If you've been vaxxed against great music, laughs and a nose thumbed at most things, send someone in your place who isn't.

Ignition Entertainment has been presenting curated Fringe programs at a various venue hubs over the past 6 years under "The GC" banner. The 2022 festival sees the line-up move to the wonderful Goodwood Theatre for week-long celebration of the very best of Fringe music entertainment with the more-mature, nostalgia-loving audience in mind. Principal among the shows is Ignition Entertainment's very own hot music property - festival favourites The Bald Eagles. The Baldies will be performing in their 11 consecutive Fringe, featuring their signature musicianship and entertainment-rich stage presence. Apart from The Baldies, The GC "Goodwood Central" program in 2022 will again present the best of nostalgia music, Aussie rock icons, classy cabaret and tributes acts.
