Ticket, Voucher, Membership and Merchandise Purchases and Collection
Our first round of shows for the 2020 season will be on sale from midday on Wednesday 7th August!
Adelaide Fringe 2020 vouchers will be on sale from 7th August.
You can purchase here online or for any queries please phone our Head Office on 8100 2000. We are open 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday.
Please note, all online transactions incur a $1.80 Web Transaction Fee. Payments made over the phone or at a FringeTIX Office will incur no additional fees.
All venues will admit you by sighting your order confirmation/QR code at the venue.
There are no advanced ticket, voucher or merchandise collection facilities available at this time; Box Offices in the Adelaide CBD open from late November.
Postage is available to be selected if your event is more than 10 days away.
Our Head Office is NOT a box office, if you require vouchers in less time than postage allows, please utilise our eGifting Voucher feature, which can be found in your My Fringe account- you'll need your recipients email address handy. Alternatively, call our Head Office to discuss other collection options.
Adelaide Fringe supports e-ticketing!
For events performing at Gluttony, The RCC Fringe, The Garden of Unearthly Delights, The National Wine Centre and Noel Lothian Hall, your QR code will be scanned at the entrance to the performance space.
For all other venues, please visit the venue box office and show your QR code for admittance.

Print + Post
Printing your tickets is still available at our Box Offices and Self Collection Kiosks when they open in December. Just bring along the bank card that you paid with, follow the swiping instructions and your tickets will print out. For tickets purchased with a voucher, see one of our friendly staff at the desk, and they will assist you in printing your tickets.
You can also opt to have your tickets posted to you. The Adelaide Fringe team will print and post your tickets. Please note that there is a $3.25 fee for this that is payable at checkout.
FringeTIX staff are trained to provide assistance with access enquiries and bookings.
