The Ceremony
28 February 2025 - Misia J.This was a masterful show. Ben’s grace, patience, and humor made it not just fun but deeply sincere and kind. His reputation and five-star reviews are well deserved. I highly recommend his work. The venue had good airflow and air conditioning, which enhanced enjoyment. However, seating changes caused a high sensory load. As an autistic person, being bumped by large gestures and exposed to strong artificial scents made it harder to focus, requiring extra effort to hear and concentrate. -
Gemma Caruana: Underwire
28 February 2025 - Sabrina B.Absolutely brilliant, from the vocals to the messaging. An absolute gem! -
Jordan Barr - Dog Why
28 February 2025 - Raegan K.Following Jordan along what seems to be her (well curated) stream of consciousness was very entertaining. She has a lot of good jokes and keeps the audience involved well. The grand finale is something to look forward to. Definitely someone to watch. -
Wil Anderson - Whatchu Talkin' 'Bout Wil?
28 February 2025 - Raegan K.All crowd work - brave, clever and a great way to get new material. Unfortunately, at the back, I couldn't hear what the audience members were saying, so it felt like Wil was having private chats. What I did make out though was very good. -
Adore Händel’s Little Black Book
28 February 2025 - Melissa K.Amazing solo performer! Such a great performance with amazing vocals, and a good bit of innuendo and laughs. -
SHRINK WRAPPED: A Psychologist Analyses Comedians, Live on Stage
28 February 2025 - Rebecca C.Wow! What a fantastic show! The time flew by and I was left holding my stomach from laughing so much and reflecting on what a clever concept the show is built on. Smart and witty analysis from Dr Ruchi and hilarious sets and banter from the comedians -Robyn, Ollie and Danny. Congrats on a brilliant show Robyn :-) -
PYRATES!
28 February 2025 - Stuart C.Who doesn't love a world premiere? This is the first iteration of a new Australian musical. With a talented cast, a queer and feminist bent on neglected history this maiden voyage shows signs of many more travels. -
Mike Blaha: International Joke
28 February 2025 - Stuart C.I'll be honest the hidden gem here is really the newly created Little Reid Theatre at The Goodwood Theatre. This 24 seat room is cosy and intimate whilst having heaps of floor space for performers. As to the show Mike Blaha is a known and accomplished comedian. This was the very first performance of this show. It has great promise but needs the trimming and sharpening that only continued performance can give. Currently it's a roast less traveled..... -
Macbeth
28 February 2025 - Carol D.This was a very compelling and energetic version of Macbeth. It’s not my favorite play by the bard, but it’s well worth seeing. And we really enjoyed the way they wove the music into the production and gave it some much needed flow. -
Scout Boxall - God's Favourite
28 February 2025 - Hanna K.A deeply engaging delivery of raw honesty, human connection, mental health commentary, and very funny anecdotes and jokes. The use of audio and outfit ties together an excellent show that I recommend you see! -
Rob Ellinger: Hypnos
27 February 2025 - Martina F.This show is definitely an hidden gem. Rob has been amazing with his mix of tricks and hypnosis. The only word I can describe this show is ‘WOW’ Super recommended! -
PUMP
27 February 2025 - Brianne M.We came as a group quite spontaneous without any expectations or idea what the show was all about. Once we left the show we all agreed that it took us some short time to get into it, but then found it easy to follow, well thought through and genuinely enjoyable. We all also agree that we would fully recommend the show! Go and see for yourself.
