“To be an artist is to believe in life” – Henry Moore
If an artist believes in life … then we believe in artists and support them to be the best that they can be.
The Adelaide Fringe Artist Fund has been developed to provide financial assistance to Australian artists registering their work in the Adelaide Fringe, and to help disadvantaged groups experience Fringe shows. In 2018, fifteen grants totalling $106,000 were awarded to independent Australian artists to support their work in the 2019 Adelaide Fringe. You can find more about all of our recipients here.
Donating to the Artist Fund
You can donate to the Adelaide Fringe Artist Fund through a dollar-donation at ticket purchase, by joining our Donor Circle as a Friend, Innovator or Visionary, or through a bequest.

“Adelaide Fringe was established as an un-curated festival for independent artists to present their own work. That philosophy is as important today as it was then, and artists need your help”
Frank Ford AM Founding Chair, Adelaide Fringe
